Puding Roti dan Kastard Sos - Bread Pudding with Custard Sauce




Bahan2./ Ingredients

1. * Gula - stengah cawan    (Sugar - 1/2 cup)
2. *Butter - 4 sudu bsr   ( butter - 5tbsp)
3. *Susu segar - 600 ml  ( Fresh milk - 600 ml)
     (blh tukar dgn susu cair) 
4. Roti - 12 keping dipotong2    (bread - 12 slices)
5. *Telur - 1 biji      ( egg - 1 )
6. *Vanila esen - 1 sudu kecil    ( vanila essence - 1 teaspoon)
7. Kismis/ choc rice/ chip/ hiasan atas    ( raisin/chocolate rice/chip as a topping - optional)


Bhn2 Sos Kastard / Custard Sauce Ingredients

1. susu cair - 500 ml  ( 500 ml creamer milk)
2. kuning telur - 2 biji  ( egg yolk -2 )
3. gula - 3 sudu besar  ( sugar - 3 tbsp)
4. tepung kastard/jagung - 1 sudu besar   ( cornflour - 1 tbsp)
5. esen vanila - 1 sudu kecil  ( vanilla essence- 1 tsp)
   * campurkan semua bhn dlm periuk dan masak guna api perlahan.gaul smpi separuh pekat n             siap. 
   * beat all ingredients and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until mixture is nice thick. 


Puding.

* Campurkan semua bhn * dan gaul.
* masukkan roti - biar smua terendam
* tuang dalam loyang bakar dan tabur kismis/ choc chip diatas
* bakar 180C selama 30 min - smpi kuning emas dn tak lembik
