Ayam Masak Kicap - Chicken With Black Soy Sauce





Bahan2./ Ingredients

1. Ayam 1/2 kg - dipotong2    ( 1/2 kg chicken)
2. Kicap manis - 6 sudu besar   ( dark sweet soy sauce - 6tps)
3. Halia 1/2 inci + bawang putih 3 ulas - dicincang   (ginger 1/2 cent + 3 garlic)
4. Cili  - pilihan  (chili - optional)
5. Bawang besar- potong dadu/hiris   ( onion - slice it)
6. Air/jus asam jawa - 3 sudu besar  ( 3 tbsp tamarind water/ juice)
7. Garam     (salt)
8. Lada putih    (pepper)
9. Serbuk kunyit    (turmeric powder)

* Gaulkan ayam dgn kunyit + garam.    ( mix chicken + turmeric pow + salt )
* Masukkan minyak n tumis halia + bwg putih + cili (in a pan add 3 tps oil and saute        ginger +garlic)
* Masukkan ayam + kicap - masak 7 min ( add chicken + dark soya sauce & cook in 7 mins)
* Msukn air asam jawa + 1 cawan air + lada putih - smpi mendidih n msk (add tamarind juice + 1 cup of water, cook in 10 mins )
* Last mskkan bawang besar - gaul 2 min & siap (add onion and stir for 2 mins and it's ready)
